Steam brown rice with GF chicken broth a dash of cayenne pepper – I use my steamer and do two batches of 12 oz each. (Makes several meals.)

3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Earl Campbell Hot Links (or other GF spicy sausage links)
2 onions
Celery – about a whole package
Green bell peppers (or whatever color) – usually I use frozen
Lemon Pepper

I saute the veggies, stir fry the chicken and hot links – cut both into bite-sized pieces
Add the rice and season to taste – can add chili powder if you like more of a kick or rotel or hot peppers. The hot links add lots of spice though. So yummy and easy to make (especially if you use leftover chicken!)
