Ood Soup

So named because the children resembled the Ood from Doctor Who when they ate it.

Leftover Chicken
Frozen Southwest Blend Veggies – 1 package
Potatoes (or frozen mix that has potatoes – if using fresh would obviously need to cook this first before adding frozen veggies)
Sazon Goya Seasoning (con culantro y achiote)
Can of Rotel (optional)
Maifun Rice Sticks

I never measure anything, so it’s not very scientific.  Just heat a box of broth, the veggies and chicken and seasonings and add the rice noodles.
