Description of Learning Unit:
In this unit, your child will learn about Benjamin Franklin: printer, librarian, inventor, and statesman. Hands-on activities include crafting a tri-corner hat, making a glass musical instrument, and creating a letterpress stamp. Online activities, a worksheet, and a coloring page are provided to reinforce the concept. This unit is designed to last one week, depending on how often you teach history.
